                    Lindsay Lyall is the founder and owner of “The Ice Chef”.  They have been in business for over 2 years and oh boy do they know what makes wedding guests remember their desserts!

At The Ice Chef they make desserts with a difference, from rolled ice cream, vegan treats, fresh fruity delights, naughty ingredients and fun flavours.

They have a shop in Charminster, Bournemouth,  a mobile events unit, and several indoor Ice Chef setups that can support any type of event.

The Ice Chef is unique in that they work with event organisers, understand the event theme and concept, then develop a variety of creative desserts to engage the senses and memory.  

They care about the local community and environments that they operate in and are vegan friendly and offer healthy and delicious choices.

The Ice Chef caters for weddings, private kids and adult parties, large festivals and street food occasions, but we really speacialise in the wedding industry.

They have catered all over the country for all sized weddings.
Kindsay said, "The reason they come to us is  - we are creative, we are easy to deal with and can adapt to any type of setting, BUT most important of all, they want an experience and not just an ice cream! "
