                    The setting here is magical: the views from the tower rooms are to die for and the mill looks out over the reeds, the marshes, and the River Glaven which flows into the sea beyond. You can book the entire windmill and have all of your guests to stay and the ceremony takes place in the wonderful, round sitting room – a truly unique wedding venue.
                    
            

                
As I've always loved windmills, Brian arranged a trip to Amsterdam last year where we saw a newlywed couple come out onto the windmill balcony. We thought how unique and cool it would be get married in a windmill. When we visited Cley Windmill in October we instantly knew it could provide the perfect setting for our Wedding. Brian proposed in the Stone Room as a surprise on my birthday in January this year.

My work calendar showed a scene of Cley Windmill for the month of July. It really was fate that our date was free!

Our dream wedding took place on Thursday 23rd July 2015 - three years and one day since our first date.
                
               

                
All our guests just loved the Windmill and really enjoyed the intimate, cosy atmosphere. Everyone was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were so lucky it was a sunny day and we were all able to enjoy the garden and make use of all the facilities
            

                    
The windmill will always have a special place in our hearts and we intend to visit it every year on our anniversary.
