Jane and Tommy
Published: 07 March 2018The wedding of Jane Read to Tommy on July 30th 2017 was such a gorgeous intimate wedding and although touches of it were quite traditional they also threw in plenty of modern and personal elements.
Their colour scheme was stunning with neutrals that were given depth by flashes of deep orange and other striking colours were carved through to Jane's 'leaving outfit' and the fantastic 'nude' cake which sat within The Tythe Barn's wonderful cake window. Jane was able to use The Tythe Barn's preparation barn which is an amazing space entirely dedicated for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in. They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony set amongst the landscaped gardens of the barn and chose The Tythe Barn's popular 'Self Carve' menu which is always a fun option that allows the B&G to select a handful of guests to put on a chef's apron and hat to then carve and serve the meat at their own tables!
Jane, with the help of her mum Fay and the extremely professional and experienced team at the barn looked after every fine detail - even ordering the handmade Tythe Barn in-house stationery, sketched by a local artist! After the dinner their family and friends went to see them off as they drove to the aiport for their honeymoon. It really was such a wonderful day!
