Distinctive Gloucestershire Wedding and Conference Venue for Cotswold weddings, corporate events, proms, self-catering cottages and B&B accommodation
In the heart of rural Gloucestershire lies the Great Tythe Barn. A truly quintessential English gem tucked away down a tree-lined driveway amidst 200 acres of privately owned land, making it a secluded and picturesque venue for all occasions. The stunning Grade II listed, C16th Cotswold stone barn is the focal point of the Estate which is surrounded by former farm buildings, now transformed into 10 self-catering cottages as well as Bed & Breakfast accommodation. Sympathetically restored, this historic Tythe barn retains many of its original features such as exposed stone walls and wooden oak beams whilst incorporating 21st Century comforts such as under floor heating, tastefully decorated washrooms, wooden flooring, atmospheric lighting and tall glass entrance doors to allow plenty of natural light and views of the courtyard. The walled garden and courtyard provides an outside drinks reception in the summer months as well as a beautiful place for photo opportunities. There is a large, private car park for up to 100 cars providing easy access for all vehicles including coaches. The Great Tythe Barn pride itself in taking a flexible approach to your wedding plans and catering ideas. Please contact a Wedding Co-ordinator if there are any ideas you would like to discuss with us.
