We choose the Dover Best Western hotel & Spa for our wedding package. The venue also had to deal with the Dover Regatta on the same day and England playing as well. We choose this hotel as we had everything we wanted in one place. I'm pleased to say they coped very well well, all done with a professional attitude, the day went off without any problems, if there were any changes made, they were dealt with swiftly and calmly. What can i say apart from how amazing the venue events and wedding coordinator is. Without Jasmine it would of fallen apart.We were slightly worried until Jasmine took over and what an incredible job she did. She set up the venue at each part of the day exactly how we wanted it, if not even better then how we thought it would look. All our friends and family had a great day! i attended a wedding on the 6th of april and stayed overnight and had the best time, the service from everyone working was amazing and the rooms were immaculate, lovely view of the beach and the food provided was lovely and an all round great night. harry and sadie spent the evening making sure everything was perfect for the happy couple and made their night amazing. we also spent our first evening in the marco resturant, the waiters were great and very attentive, the meal was amazing

Every wist we had for our day has been granted and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. A special mention to Sian (events coordinator), she was fantastic, she kept us both at ease right up to the last minute with all our requests. The day itself went without a hitch from the word go. Sian took control of everything. The food provided was outstanding and this was echoed by all of our guests. The room (bridal suite) was out of this world with a lovely view and every facility we needed. The restaurant for morning breakfast was also excellent with very helpful staff and food perfect. Don't be fooled by What people say about Dover. Stay at this hotel and experience the fine service and the fantastic staff, you won't be disappointed.

I can not recommend Sian and her team enough. Sian is a fun loving, beautiful soul who will go beyond the extra mile a million times. We had the most beautiful winter wedding here and I do not have 1 grumble. The food was amazing, the staff exceptional and we were treated like royalty throughout. Weddings are so stressful, as A bride I panicked , cried, changed my mind and literally put my whole day in the hands of Sian and team, they did disappoint and at no point was I ever given a no. The hotel made our wedding the best day ever. Staff were very helpful and catered for all our needs with No question asked. Staff went above and beyond. We were well looked after. Sian was an amazing event coordinator and works hard to make the day so special. Luke (I think his name was) was excellent from day 1 of our 2 day stay for the wedding. He helped with unloading of the cars, room service, Maintance, check in, food, drinks and just everything we asked for. All the staff went above and beyond. The manager also worked to make the day special. We would highly recommended this hotel to everyone. Well worth the money

We got married on 22nd June 2019 and it was perfect the staff so helpful and friendly they couldnt do enough for us especially Sian the events manager and Suresh the general manager. I even designed my own menus and there was no issues or complaints the room was perfect and even though we didnt get to use the spa facilities it was nice for myself my mum and a family friend to have a tour of the hotel as we worked there over 20 years ago what a upgrade over the years. Everything was perfect for us and no complaints from anyone everyone enjoyed our day thankyou Suresh Sian and all the staff from the cleaners, maintenance staff, kitchen staff, restaurant staff, bar and reception staff upto the managers and owners once again thankyou so so much for making our day so special..

Perfect seaside wedding venue
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Dover Marina Hotel in May 2019. The Wedding & Events Coordinator, Sian, looked after us from the moment we met her to take a look at the venue, right up until the evening reception - even coming to find us on the dance floor to make sure we had our room key for the night! Nothing was too much trouble for Sian, she was always on hand to answer my (many!) questions and made us feel so much more at ease about the whole process. The venue had been recently refurbished, the ceremony and reception room have beautiful sea views. All staff on the day were incredibly professional and polite, particularly Luke who looked after us and our guests throughout the wedding breakfast and evening reception. It was evident the staff were highly trained service professionals and that they cared about their work. The food was incredible, we opted for afternoon tea as our wedding breakfast and my guests are still talking about "the best scotch eggs they've ever eaten"! The evening buffet was also delicious, you could really tell all food was freshly prepared by trained chefs. On the wedding night we stayed in the recently refurbished Bridal suite which was phenomenal. Great views over the sea, room was sparkling clean and the bottle of bubbly from the staff was just the cherry on the cake of a perfect day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Dover Marina Hotel for any event or even for just a stay in the Hotel
