Leys Farm is situated in the picturesque village of Swerford near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire and within easy reach of Great Tew, Soho Farmhouse and the Cotswold towns of Burford, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Moreton in Marsh.
Nestled in a hidden valley, Leys Farm is run entirely completely environmentally growing a mixture of wild flowers, wild bird food and pollinators.
With a 1 acre lake and an abundance of semi mature woodland the farm is ideal for the beautiful marquee wedding of your dreams.
In order to maintain the uniqueness and hidden nature of the venue availability is controlled so we can work with each couple to make each wedding a truly amazing experience.

Leys Farm is situated at OX7 4BQ and is close to numerous Cotswold towns and has an abundance of quality local restaurants, shops and accommodation.
The local stations of Banbury and Charlbury are 20 and 15 mins away respectively and junction 10 of the M40 is also 20 minutes away. There are numerous local taxi firms.

Leys Farm is one of the most beautiful corners of British countryside we’ve found. We chose the space for its serene views, flowers and fields, the incredible lake and the wildlife (the Herdwicks in particular are beauties)! It has the perfect balance natural countryside but is manicured and maintained in the right places. However none of that compares to how special the space becomes once you have had your wedding there - you feel completely secluded and share a unique & personal experience with your nearest and dearest. Jonathan and Leigh are charming; giving you support and guidance as well as space and patience when you need it. They are very focused on you having the best possible time, and their approach definitely helps foster the magic of the Leys Farm experience. Looking back, that’s the word we would associate with Leys Farm; magical. We couldn’t have been happier with how it worked for us and are already planning our return!

Leys Farm was the most perfect wedding venue. Having lived in the village, it already held a special place in our hearts and we knew it was going to be incredible, but Leigh and Jonathan totally surpassed our expectations with their levels of kindness and attention to detail . What sets them apart from other venues is that this is their home, and they want their brides and grooms to love it and feel as comfortable there as they do. It is an utter oasis, and our guests' minds were blown! If you're looking for something a bit different than the classic wedding barn, and you want a space that you can truly make your own with the most jaw dropping background then Leys Farm is the one. They will only do a very small number of weddings each year, which meant we were made to feel extra special. Natalie, the coordinator, made sure every need was met and felt like a true friend who we trusted wholeheartedly. She too was an extremely detail orientated and very organised. We are so grateful to the Leys Farm dream team who made our wedding wishes come true!
