Orchardleigh House’s grand Ballroom provides a beautiful space for the wedding breakfast and because Orchardleigh is a private house, residents and guests can celebrate until dawn – so we will keep the party alive until you say stop!
The house can sleep up to 85 guests within 41 opulent bedrooms, with further accommodation available in the estate cottages if required.

We recently had our wedding at Orchardleigh and all i can say is it was absolutely perfect. From the day before when my partner and her bridesmaids stayed overnight in the castle to the day after when we had use of the boathouse to wind down after our wedding day. The day itself ran very smoothly and the staff could have not done more to make us feel special on our day. The bar staff and waitresses could not have been more friendly and overall the price you pay for the wedding makes it an absolute steal in my opinion would recommend to any couples who want to feel like a king and queen on their special day and have an incredible backdrop for your photos as well.

We got married at Orchardleigh in the summer. What an amazing place for our 3 day wedding. We started at the castle on the day before, and we all gathered for a bbq in the garden. Such a lovely way to start off the weekend. This place is full of character with everything you need including a hot tub! The next day we had our wedding in the main house. The organisation was fantastic and the food was lovely. We stayed in the bonita suite with lovely views of the whole estate. The staff were so helpful and even helped with my dress. The evening didn’t stop at 12, it felt like our own house for the day. We had fireworks and dancing till the early hours. The last day we stayed at the boat house, a lovely way to start our married life. Waking up to swans, ducks and all the wildlife on the lake. I cannot recommend this venue enough.
