We offer rooms licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, from the wooden panelled Goddard Room to the more intimate Stephens Room, a Chapel with stained glass windows for Roman Catholic ceremonies, as well as offering the perfect venue for your wedding reception in Surrey.
The Grounds immediately around the House are included in your exclusive use and provide a stunning backdrop for photographs of your special day. Features include the pergola walk, carved stone benches and a fountain pond.
Our professional in-house catering team offer a first class silver service wedding breakfast, with a wide range of attractive menus and pride themselves on their flexible approach. We can accommodate from 70 to 130 guests for the wedding breakfast and up to 250 guests for the evening buffet.

Marden Park is situated south-east of London, in the beautiful Surrey countryside. Located conveniently just 10 minutes from Junction 6 of the M25 yet situated in a peaceful valley designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. With direct trains to London every 30 minutes from Woldingham station which is set within the estate.

Getting married at Woldingham School was an utterly magical event. The beautiful driveway, handsome mansion and gorgeous grounds are an incredibly lovely setting. You feel as if you are in the heart of the countryside, yet it is actually really easy for people to reach from London by train or elsewhere by car. Having the entire venue and being able to use several stunning rooms was a key attraction and it really paid off. We loved the versatility and flexibility of being able to use the different rooms for the key events of the day plus several different evening entertainments. We have had so many friends and family members tell us how stunning the venue was and we wholeheartedly agree, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place for our special day (and the weather hugely helped). The ability for us to have a catholic ceremony on-site was truly fantastic and was such an important thing for us, the fact everything could happen in one place was more than we could have asked for.
Faye, you as events coordinator were so helpful and understanding especially given how difficult the planning with us being far away and unable to visit that frequently during the pandemic.
Overall it was a stunning day and I cannot recommend the venue enough. Everyone was so friendly and attentive it made me relax and feel like I could be completely hands off on the day.

A rather belatedly thank you, to all the staff who made K & J’s wedding such a special event.
The whole day was perfect, the wedding breakfast and evening buffet delicious and many of our friends also commented on the staff who were discreet, yet efficient and charming.
Our two older children had memorable wedding receptions at lovely venues (Clandon Park and Hampton Court House) but Woldingham easily matched those and our guests were delighted that they could just walk from the chapel into the reception.

We cannot thank the amazing team at Woldingham for making our wedding day so perfect. We couldn't have imagined a better venue and the service was first class. It's very stressful planning a wedding mid-pandemic but Woldingham made everything as easy and calm for us as possible. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the food was delicious. We particularly loved all of the different rooms available which meant the different parts of the wedding felt special and different in their own space especially with the torrential rain we had. Could not recommend any more highly!
